Accomplished photographer

I have over 100 million views of my online images and receive over 100,000 views per month. See my portfolio of photos posted on Google Maps.

Here’s one of my 360 panoramas taken in an amazingly scenic spot – on the massive granite boulders of Porongurup National Park in Western Australia. You can spin the image on your phone or tablet or with your mouse!

Close encounters with grizzly bears, active volcanoes, Komodo dragons, and trumpeting elephants continue to add spice to our lives!

Bird photos continue to provide a great challenge – check out my portfolio.

Cock of the Rock

The cock of the rock is a flamboyant bird famous for its bright orange crest and dance moves! Found in South America’s cloud forests, males strut their stuff in leks, putting on a colorful show to impress females. With their eye-catching looks and entertaining antics, these birds are a true spectacle of nature! However, getting to see one of these amazing birds is not easy… unless you take a shortcut straight to the National Aviary in Columbia where I took this photo.

photo of Hoatzin
The Hoatzin, often called the “stinkbird,” is a quirky, leaf-eating bird from the Amazon rainforest that boasts a unique blend of prehistoric features and a distinct odor reminiscent of manure, thanks to its fascinating digestive system that includes a specialized, large crop for fermenting leaves, similar to a cow’s stomach. I took this photo at the La Selva ecoresort on the Napo river, a tributary to the Amazon river.
